B.- 3 DVD copies with not less than 3 audiovisual works in the field of specialty requested; indicating the exact function and degree of responsibility performed in each work. The audiovisual material in different language than Spanish, Italian, English or French should be subtitled in one of these four languages. C.- Three participant photographs. D.- Three copies of CV. PRE SELECTION PHASE:
1.- Preselected candidates will be contacted before March 20 and they will receive via e-mail a scene of the “Amnesty” script. With that fragment they should write a proposal of adaptation from the point of view of their discipline, capturing their esthetic intuition on the structure of new audio visual languages. The project should be sent before April 5.
2.- The finalists will be contacted for a personal interview before April 20.
CONTEST CRITERIA:
The jury will evaluate in base to the audiovisual works presented: 1.- Technical level of. 2.- Linguistic coherence. 3.- Original contribution of the participant. 4.- Personal intuition of new film languages. 5.- Experimentations to describe the spiritual dimension of the human being.
6.- The availability to live in the city of Guadalajara, Mexico not less than one year.
PRIZES
1.- Participation in the production of “Amnesty” that will take place in Guadalajara, Mexico in 2007. 2.- The CSPC will pay the expenses of air transportation, food, lodging and health care by the period of the production. 3.- A one year job as a Professor of the CSPC
CLAUSES
1.- The call for the contest does not force to the CSPC to offer the prize of the contest to some of the participants, neither to publish that decision. 2.- Material sent will remain in the CSPC archive. 3.- Material sent will be able to be utilized by the CSPC in private screenings without written authorization of the author/sender.
