Admissions: General informations

Students:

How do I enroll?

1. Be less than 40 years old.
2. Have previously produced cinematographic material, either film or video.
3. The conviction and desire to produce professional cinema from the transcendent perspective of man.
4. To freely take on the anthropological proposal of the CSPC as a structure on which to base the creation and experimentation of audiovisual languages.

Recommendations and general criteria for sending materials:

1. Send by certified mail and in TRIPLICATE the following material: For both audiovisual productions and documents
2. If the language of the audiovisual work is not: Spanish, English, Italian or French, ONE of these languages must be used for all the enrollment documentation along with subtitles for the productions.
3. The documentation should be sent by certified mail including the number of the file assigned after filling out the Preliminary Enrollment form on the Internet.

General Documentation

1. Enrollment module. Via the Internet and sending the required documents and materials by certified mail to:

3. A copy of the Film School certificates or their equivalents.
4. Recent photos
5. Audiovisual productions on DVD.
6. An autobiography no longer than 1 page.
7. A signed personal letter for enrollment in the CSPC in which you detail your own skills and motivation, both professional and as a human being, which led you to apply for membership of the project. This document can be written in the above mentioned languages and also in Portuguese or Arabic.
8. A copy of your passport.
9. Resumé

Special Requirements for each Specialized Area:

Directors:

1. To have finished at a bachelor’s level a degree in cinema, audiovisual arts, communication or similar.
2. To have directed at least one short film.
3. A series of at least twelve numbered, printed photos (A4) which tell a story.

Set Designers:

1. A University Certificate in: Fine Arts, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or to have worked as a set designer for more than 3 years for a minimum of 10 productions, in which case you need to provide official documentation specifying the level of responsibility in set design along with visual evidence of the work done.
2. To have worked in at least 3 productions as a set designer.
3. A series of at least twelve numbered, printed photos (A4) which tell a story.

Photographers:

1. To have worked in at least 3 productions.
2. To send the audiovisual material of at least two of the most significant productions, specifying your level of responsibility for the photography.
3. A series of at least twelve numbered, printed photos (A4) which tell a story.

Sound Designers

1. To have completed a bachelor’s degree in sound and to have worked in at least 3 audiovisual productions, o to have been trained as a sound engineer and have worked for at least 3 years in cinemagraphic productions, in radio or in the area of creative sound design.
2. To send the audiovisual material of at least two of the most important participations as a sound engineer, specifying the level of responsibility for the sound design.
3. To be prepared to work in areas related to sound editing along with sound design.
4. To create a (maximum one minute) sound sequence which tells a story, and submit it in MP3 or WAV format.

Producers:

1. To have completed a bachelor’s degree level qualification in cinema, audiovisual arts, communication, business administration or similar.
2. To have produced at least two short films.

Editing

1. To have completed a bachelor’s degree in Sound Engineering and to have worked in at least 3 audiovisual productions, or to have been trained as a Film Editor and have worked for at least 3 years in cinematographic productions or a visual publicity agency in the creative design of image.
2. To send the audiovisual material of at least two of the most important participations as an editor, specifying the level of responsibility for the image editing.
3. To be prepared to work in academic areas related to video editing along with academic practices related to audio editing.

Screenwriters

1. Submit the scripts for at least three short films. Eventually accompanied by the DVD of the short films.
2. The outline of a feature film with a spiritual anthropological perspective.

Stage 2:

1. Pass the Preparatory course from August 1st to November 30.
2. The four-monthly charges are 3500 Euros. There is a possibility of winning one of the partial or total scholarships offered by the sponsors.
